원인 : BLOB/CLOB 처리 API를 잘못사용하여 발생.
조치 : 관련 API에 입력한 파라미터 값을 확인하여 수정합니다.
EX ) 사이즈 항목에 0보다 작거나 같은 값이 입력되는 경우 등이 있습니다.
